Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for ELV & ICT scope aligned with the main contractors baseline program (Primavera P6).
- Load resources such as manpower, materials, and costs into schedules for resource-loaded planning.
- Prepare and present progress reports, efficiency analyses, and dashboards using Excel and project management tools.
- Monitor actual progress, update schedules regularly, and prepare latest forecasts reflecting project realities.
- Coordinate ELV/ICT works with MEP, civil, and architectural activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support the preparation and submission of Extension of Time (EOT) claims including delay analysis and documentation.
- Analyze schedule variances, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to management.
