Job Description
1. Project Planning and Scheduling
- Assist the OD with consolidated schedules and other project reporting metrics as applicable, including cost spent, earned value etc.
- Collaborate with architects, design managers, and project managers to develop project plans and schedules for architectural projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze project requirements to determine realistic timelines and resource allocation.
- Create detailed project schedules, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, using project management software.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and identifying potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Identify and mitigate risks and develop contingency plans to ensure timely project completion.
