Roles & Responsibilities To coordinate with the Costing Department, M&E department and Business department on the tender requirements. Able to cooperate with construction department staff in tender planning, EHS matters. To assist / attend subcontractor / supplier workshop meeting pertaining to the various tender and make the necessary preparation. To ensure that the proposed plannings are in accordance with the drawings / specifications / authoritys requirement. Able to work up a suitable Microsoft Project schedule (or equivalent) for tender project showing all the proper work sequence from commencement to TOP. To study and proposed a (with alternative) feasible Temporary Site Facilities. To study and propose the suitable construction sequence for Structural and Architectural with taking note of the various authoritys requirement and contract specifications.
