Plant Engineer
To be responsible for all machine /equipment maintenance and repair operations as well as all civil works within the company with a view to optimizing efficiency with minimal downtime in the most cost-effective manner.
Specific duties and responsibilities
To plan, organize and direct all repair and maintenance operations with emphasis on preventive maintenance

To implement repair and maintenance strategies and action plans to ensure timely production support

To ensure attainment of business objectives and repair and maintenance scheduling to ensure optimal plant operations
