Plant Logistics Manager (Saltillo)

Responsibilities

Manage staff to achieve production targets and ensure timely delivery of plant materials. Control inventory levels, supply materials, and manage production programs to meet the assembly plant daily production plan. Optimize logistics, control units, parts, and material handling to maintain cost-effective and timely delivery to the line using SPW. Incorporate engineering changes and improve product quality at the Saltillo Stamping Plant.

1. Produce production scheduling reports.
2. Improve control by receiving material.
3. Manage and ensure correct material flow and optimal production speed to meet company goals.
4. Ensure reliability of records and inventories.
5. Ensure parts supply during every production shift.
6. Coordinate and manage local and foreign supplier shipments.
7. Facilitate staff training and partner with Human Resources to develop employee skills.
