We are seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure the achievement of strategic business objectives in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the plant's manufacturing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Lead all production, engineering , maintenance, quality, and operational activities to maximise efficiency and productivity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and best practices. Manage plant budgets, financial performance, CAPEX projects, and operational reporting.
