Josol Home Decor Improvement Center, Inc. is an experienced manufacturer of wood products for the local and overseas market. We are looking for a Assistant Plant Manager (Woodworking Industry) to join our factory in Pasig City .

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate between functional departments to ensure the effective and efficient execution of wood products.
• Manage materials replenishment, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives.
• Ensure that production schedules are met in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and internal budgets.
• Provide leadership to ensure the effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment.
• Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures.
