Job Description
Compliance with Safety, Environmental and Corporate Quality standards. Establish objectives and goals of the Plant aligned with the key indicators of the company and communicate them effectively. Improve the key indicators of the company through the Operating System with highly motivated and qualified people. Establish the business perspective, strategies and priorities of the plant based on cost awareness, eliminating losses and waste. Implement the Operating System through the involvement of plant members, generating value for the company.
Specific Functions
1. Strategic
- Development, implementation and sustainment of WTB
- Business Transformation Cost, OPE, Quality Indicators, aligned with the VP and KPIs from the global company
- Operational budget management to achieve PC1 without deviations in cost, time and performance
