Plant Operations Team Lead – Continuous Improvement

Corning Inc. in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking an operations supervisor to lead a direct labor team and drive cost, quality, health and safety objectives on the plant plan. You will supervise hourly staff, review performance, and ensure adherence to procedures and document controls.

You will collaborate with plant support groups, implement training, and coach employees to maintain IP protection and strong process control. A technical degree and 2–3 years of supervisory experience are preferred.
