1. Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Platform Architect / Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise platforms within a digital banking environment. This role focuses on enterprise case management, workflows and AI platforms, driving innovation and operational excellence.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Enterprise Case Management & Workflow Engineering
Architectural Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of modular Enterprise Case Management and Workflow systems.
Strategic Automation:
Design complex, cross-functional workflow logic that automates high-volume banking processes while maintaining auditability. Develop Self-Service platforms that reduce UX friction and improve customer deflection through automated and AI-driven resolution paths.
Platform POC, Maintenance, Optimization:
