We are looking for a Sr. Strecth Operations Manager to build a new team:

Key responsibilities

Build Your Team: Lead the recruitment of 7 senior engineers to fill critical positions in Spain.

Take Technical Command: Become the subject matter expert for Linux platforms, Ceph storage, and OpenStack.

Mitigate Risks: Ensure that the Telekom migration and the stability of Stretch platform are not compromised during the transition.

Design the Future: Establish on-call policies, operational workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation standards.
