Platform Operations Manager (Stretch & Cloud Infrastructure)

The Challenge: Your Mission

You will inherit a massive infrastructure—over 500 servers, 28 data centers, and global Ceph clusters—during a pivotal generational shift within the team. Your objective is clear: rebuild the team from scratch (7 new hires), ensure operational continuity, and lead the strategic migration of the Telekom platform.
