:The Wall Street Journal is looking for a Platform and Publishing Editor for its London news hub. The successful candidate will join a team that captures breaking news and is crucial in setting up the day for the best possible reader experience across all platforms and for every article published.
The candidate will need strong news judgment and to adhere to the high editorial standards of The Wall Street Journal. They will edit and publish news and feature articles at speed and under pressure, with a focus on writing sharp headlines. The role requires multitasking skills and a grasp of data analytics.
The candidate will help curate the Journal’s mobile, desktop and social platforms to expand the engagement of our coverage, balancing the needs of breaking news and enterprise with our audience in mind.
