Platform Support Engineer (L1 Helpdesk)

SERVICE CONNECTIONS HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Helpdesk Support Engineer in Singapore for a 1-year contract. The role is L1 support across enterprise platforms, starting immediately, with a salary above S$6,000 depending on experience.

You will monitor support mailboxes, log and resolve tickets, triage issues, coordinate with L2 teams, and communicate status to end users. Familiarity with Salesforce, Workato, UiPath, Tableau, Slack, and ITSM tools is desirable.
