Player Services Attendant

Under the supervision of the Player Services Manager, the Player Services Attendant assists guests in all Oaklawn Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with the Company's Core Values. Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and Oaklawn policies and procedures. Serves as an ambassador for OJC, maintaining the highest standard in guest service, teamwork, courtesy and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Introduces the Oaklawn Rewards Tiered Card to new players, replaces lost cards for our guests.
