We are looking for someone who can provide a world-class building services maintenance service while operating both independently and as part of a wider FM/engineering team.
This role covers multiple locations, and a full driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment. Carry out repairs, adjustments, testing, and troubleshooting in line with plumbing codes, diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer guidance. Repair cracked pipes, clear blockages, and work safely from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated equipment as required. Observe systems in operation to detect faults, dismantle devices, and replace defective parts. Inspect used components for specification compliance and recalibration needs.
