Job Title: Plumber Multi
Location: Bristol / Chippenham / Swindon & surrounding areas
 Start Date: ASAP
 Pay Rate: £23.31 per hour (umbrella CIS or PAYE)
Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to join their team working on the Stonewater contract across Bristol, Chippenham, Swindon and surrounding areas. This role involves delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties while providing excellent customer service to residents.

Core hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Company van, fuel card and power tools provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out plumbing repairs and basic carpentry works within occupied and void social housing properties

Completing works efficiently and to agreed turnaround times

Identifying when additional trades are required and communicating with supervisors
