Job Description
- Install and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures.
- Inspect plumbing systems for proper installation and compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout of pipes.
- Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- candidate must hold an NC II certification.
- Must have relevant experience as a plumber and/or handyman.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems.
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy tools and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
