Plumbing & Drainage Designer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete design of building systems for domestic cold water, hot water circulation, sanitary drainage, rainwater drainage and treatment, and fire protection water supply.
• Perform water demand calculations, pipe sizing, pump head and tank volume design in accordance with CTE DB HS (Health and Hygiene) and local municipal ordinances.
• Design indoor fire hydrant and automatic sprinkler water supply systems according to RIPCI and CTE DB SI requirements.
• Produce plumbing and drainage layout plans, riser diagrams, and plant room details; prepare equipment and material schedules and technical specifications.
• Coordinate shaft sizes, reserved openings, equipment loads, and vibration isolation with architectural, structural, and HVAC disciplines.
• Support the construction site by resolving piping clashes and drainage slope issues, and participate in water testing and commissioning acceptanc...
