Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Electrical Construction Engineer responsible for all on‑site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards for a high‑profile client.
Responsibilities
Construction Oversight & Execution
- Monitor and supervise EPC contractor construction activities for electrical discipline
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and IFC deliverables
- Validate contractor construction sequences, work packs, and resource deployment plans
- Identify potential delays or conflicts and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
HSE Leadership
- Champion ADNOC’s “Zero Incident” safety culture across all site activities
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and permit‑to‑work systems
