Job Description
Drive impactful programming and events at the Pointe Agricultural Event Centre as the Agricultural Events Supervisor. Cultivate community relationships while managing logistics and bookings effectively.
In this role, you will head a dedicated team to deliver high-impact events while ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations. Your expertise in agricultural programming and customer service will be vital in creating memorable experiences at the centre. Elevate the service culture through innovative initiatives and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive event plans in partnership with Operation Supervisor
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and booking guidelines
• Lead and supervise customer service and event staff daily
• Identify innovative initiatives for expanding community involvement
• Maintain accurate financial records for all events
Requirements:
• 5 years in event planning with 3 years in supervisory roles
