As a Porter, you will consistently provide first classservice to our guests, exceeding the expectations of their experience in everyaspect of their stay.
As Porter you will be responsible for:
Providing an exceptional guest experience fromcheck-in to check out Assisting guests with luggage, ensuring asmooth transition from the entrance to the Reception desk Safely handling and transporting guests’luggage to their rooms or other designated areas Ensuring the safety and security of guests byconducting regular walk abouts throughout the hotel, ensuring that fire doorsare closed and that there are no health & safety hazards Ensuring a presence on the front deskthroughout the day, completing the Porter checklist Ensuring guests requests are delivered withefficiency and effectivi...
