Portfolio Manager

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of properties to ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. The role involves supervising property teams, monitoring budgets, implementing operational strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
• Ensure properties are properly maintained, safe, and compliant with company policies and government regulations.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements when necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections and property audits.

Financial Management

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure timely collection of rent, association dues, and other receivables.
