Job Title: Practice Engagement Specialist, Clinic Transformation - Clinical Programs
Job Class: Full Time
Location: Greater Toronto Area — Field-Based / Hybrid
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 CAD per annum
Position Summary
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role being built in close partnership with the Director, Clinic Transformation. You will own a defined portfolio of GTA clinics, driving the adoption of clinical programs — including AI‑powered clinical decision support tools and patient recruitment for clinical trials — through the trusted relationships the CT team has already built with physicians and clinic staff.
You will not be handed a finished playbook. You will help create it. For the right candidate, this is a genuine career‑building opportunity with room to grow as the role and the organization expands nationally.
