$16.50/hr base + Guaranteed Total $18–21/hr
100% BOH tip pool —  all tips go directly to the kitchen.

We are a high-volume, nationally recognized kabob shop in Glendale, working inside a  tiny 299 sq ft kitchen   that is extremely  hot, fast, and high-pressure .
Our team operates with discipline, speed, and efficiency.  No ego, no drama — just focused work.
