To support our Accounting Team at our headquarters in Berlin , we are looking for you - an ambitious employee for preparatory accounting - accounts payable / accounts payable clerk (m/f/d).
We are also very happy to consider applications for the positions of bookkeeper or office management clerk.
YOUR JOB
You coordinate and monitor the entire incoming invoice process.
You check incoming invoices for completeness and plausibility and ensure their timely approval.
You prepare the payment transactions and monitor their timely execution.
You process bank statements, credit card statements and cash expenses, and ensure complete documentation.
You prepare all accounting-related documents for our external tax offices carefully and on time.
