Job Description
- Enhance knowledge as per market demands and technologies.
- Coordination with vendors for better product selection, cost negotiation, equipment timelines.
- Coordination with internal teams including SCM, Accounts, Finance, Operations etc.
- Customer Coordination via email, telephone, customer visits.
- Handle CRM Tickets.
- Solution designing as per customer requirement.
- Visit other cities in case of MSD project in another city or MSD Project in another city or major problem in MSD services in a running city.
- Coach juniors on daily basis and through official trainings after approval from HoD.
- May be deployed on premises for customer support depending upon the need in MSD.
