Job Description
Carry out Press operation for forging of jobs- Manage shift activities and complete assigned tasks- Ensure safety of associates & equipment health- Maintain record of forging operation & job dimension- Carry out TBT- Co-ordinate with Maintenance for Preventive maintenance planning or breakdown of equipment- Co-ordinate with EDRC for document related issues- Co-ordinate with Fettling & HT shop for subsequent activities- Carry out TPM of Press & Manipulator- Discard Loading & Shifting to SMS- Scanning & uploading of documents in common folder- Scanning & uploading of documents in online Traveller system- ERP Punching (Machine Hours, Scrap Generation, Project Closing, Tool & Furnace Support Life)Location - Hazira , Surat Qulification - Diploma, BE, BTech (Mechanical, Production)
