Pricing & Operations Specialist

This role supports the day-to‑day execution of local operations while owning pricing/quoting coordination for customer and internal requests. You'll work closely with operations, customer service, and sales to ensure shipments move smoothly and pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage local pricing/quotes for customer requests, ensuring accuracy and fast turnaround.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to obtain rates and confirm service details.
• Maintain rate records and ensure pricing inputs are complete and properly documented.
• Support pricing updates and spot‑quote requests based on lane, service level, and operational constraints.
