Job Description
Specialty accepted: Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant (Adult, Family, and Geriatric accepted)
Start date or shifts: ASAP ongoing
Daily schedule: Monday Sunday, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM | 5 8 in-home assessments per day
Practice setting: In-Home Health Assessments
Types of procedures: Health and wellness assessments, including H&P evaluations, medication reviews, vitals, lab screenings (finger stick, urine sample), and fecal kit distribution.
Number of patients: 5 8 per day
Ages: Geriatrics
Additional information: Providers must be available at least two full days per week (not necessarily consecutive) and include one weekday; weekend-only availability is not accepted. Work is not location specific, with opportunities available throughout most counties within the state.
