Lead the first cohort of Forge Secure AI (FSAI) engagements end-to-end. Codify the methodology. Hire the second wave. Stand up the Forward-Deployed Engineer (FFDE) practice for active remediation. Founding IC role with direct CEO reporting. Path to VP Forge is open and earned. The senior IC track is equally valid. Neither is assigned.
