The Principal Consultant – ERP Services (Infor / Lawson Technical Services) provides senior‑level technical leadership and application support for clients operating within Infor CloudSuite (FSM, HRT) and Infor Lawson S3 Payroll (Single Tenant) environments. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert responsible for system stability, integrations, interfaces, environment management, incident resolution, and Infor release coordination. The Principal Consultant works closely with client IT teams, client technical and functional resources, and Infor Support to maintain reliable ERP operations and ensure technical readiness across production and non‑production environments. This role supports ongoing system operations and optimization and does not include functional processing, end‑user training, or business configuration activities.
