Principal Embedded Cybersecurity Systems Engineer

Job Description
As a Principal Embedded Cybersecurity Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and securing embedded software for regulated medical devices, MDDS systems, and supporting mobile applications. This role is hands-on and highly technical, with accountability across the full product lifecycle—from requirements and architecture through development, verification, release, and post-market support. You will integrate cybersecurity best practices into real-time embedded systems, perform threat modeling and vulnerability mitigation, and ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, UL, and IEC standards. Working closely with cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations, you will help translate product requirements into technical specifications, contribute to project planning and execution, conduct code and design reviews, and generate test procedures to validate performance and security requirements.
