Principal Engineer (Receiver)

Position Overview
We are seeking a
Principal Engineer (Receiver)
to lead the development and productization of
optical engine (receiver)
for high-speed optical transceivers. This role focuses on
receiver optical engine integration, characterization, and manufacturing readiness
. The successful candidate will work closely with photonic device and circuit designers to integrate
photodiodes/APDs, passive waveguide photonic components, and receiver electronics
into robust optical engine products suitable for high-volume manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities Lead Productization:
Drive optical engine receiver modules from prototype validation through high-volume manufacturing ramp. Define Specifications:
Establish receiver OE specifications, validation methodologies, and performance targets based on device-level capabilities. Component Characterization:
