Principal Engineer, Technical Support– PowerMax Support

**Responsibilities**

As a **Principal Engineer, Technical Support** within the **PowerMax Support** organization, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced technical expertise and resolving complex issues across Dell's enterprise storage portfolio. You will collaborate with enterprise customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support mission-critical storage environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and customer satisfaction.

**In This Role, You Will:**

+ Provide expert-level technical support for Dell PowerMax storage solutions – via phone, web, chat or email. Diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, configuration, and performance-related issues.
+ Leverage advanced troubleshooting methodologies, diagnostic tools, and analytical techniques to efficiently identify root causes and drive timely resolutions for both known and emerging issues.
