Principal Manager/Senior Manager/Manager, Organisation Development [SPD]

[What the role is]

You will play a key role in the Strategic Planning Division as an individual contributor and/or team lead, supporting the development of SWDA’s strategic direction, policy work and driving organisational development efforts that strengthen SWDA’s organisational effectiveness, culture, operating model and readiness for change. This includes working across SWDA to translate strategy into organisation-wide change efforts, strengthen alignment across divisions, and build organisational capacity for the future.
