Principal Marketing Operations Specialist

As a Principle Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be part of our Demand Generation team, supporting the success of our B2B lead generation initiatives by ensuring marketing execution is scalable, consistent, and measurable
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will execute day-to-day marketing operations while also owning the processes and standards that reduce manual work and enable automation over time
Manage and support all Marketing campaign efforts in Marketo, including but not limited to:
Creating and maintaining web forms
Lead list uploads
Campaign creation
QA and troubleshoot tracking issues for the above
Manage email operations, such as:
Creating email templates / filling template with content
Scheduling and sending emails
Email performance reporting
Own the definition, documentation, and enforcement of marketing operations processes, including:
Campaign and program naming conventions
