Overview

Principal Product Designer – AI & Automation. Lead design strategy for PagerDuty’s AI agents, automation workflows, and intelligent insights across the Operations Cloud. Partner with senior leadership, product, engineering, and data science to create intuitive, trustworthy, and transformative user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision for AI & automation capabilities.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and data scientists to translate complex AI into user‑friendly experiences.
