This role will serve as a key driver of operational excellence, global TA initiatives, and cross-functional transformation efforts across the recruiting organization.
In this role, you will oversee the Talent Acquisition project portfolio, lead complex global programs, and partner across TA, People, Finance, IT, and business leadership to design and scale recruiting processes, tools, and programs that improve how we attract and hire talent globally.
