Daily Production Tasks

• Mount huge multi-ton paper rolls onto the feeding deck safely using industrial overhead hoists before the midnight printing cycle begins.
• Calibrate the CMYK color levels on the digital control panel to guarantee that corporate advertising photographs appear perfectly vibrant in print.
• Clear mechanical paper jams rapidly to avoid stopping the fast-moving production line during critical overnight hours.
• Scrub thick residual ink off the rubber blankets and metal cylinders during the scheduled machine maintenance window.
