Printing Specialist

· Operate and maintain printing equipment (e.g., sublimation printers, heat presses, screen printers) for mugs and other merchandise

· Diagnose and troubleshoot printer (hardware & software) problems, provide step-by-step guidance, and deliver outstanding customer service.

· Prepare artwork files for print using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop)

· Calibrate machines and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure consistent print quality

· Manage inventory of print materials, inks, blanks, and consumables

· Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

· Conduct quality control checks on finished products

· Stay updated on new printing technologies and techniques

· Ensure safety and cleanliness in the production area

· Must be willing to do field work; may be assigned to malls
