Managing your own varied caseload of private client matters
Providing high-quality advice on:
Probate and Estate Administration
Inheritance Planning
Trusts
Communicating effectively with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals
Demonstrating a compassionate and sensitive approach when dealing with elderly clients
Attending client meetings at clients’ homes where necessary
Contributing to networking and marketing activities to support business development and the firm’s reputation
Working proactively to achieve good billing performance within the team
