Job Description
- Maintain complete books and records for GP accounting, and credit funds
- Account for management fees, carried interest, incentive allocations, and distributions
- Perform NAV calculations including accruals, valuations, and income recognition
- Record and reconcile loan investments, interest income, amortization, and PIK income
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
- Reconcile bank accounts, investment sub-ledgers, and capital accounts
- Prepare investor statements and management reports
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc management requests
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
