PROCESS CHEMIST

Job Requirement
Analytical Laboratory:
. Process control (Eg. Production parameter control)
. Quality control (Eg. Finished goods periodical testing)
. Familiar with the operations/technique of analytical instruments
. R&D of new processes on a lab-scale
. Maintain and control of laboratory analytical and testing records
Process:
. Perform First-Article testing for new customers or parts, prior to mass production
. Perform review/gap analysis on customer's specifications for chemical processes, with adequate process control measures
. Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
. Lead investigations for recovery action on any non-conformity
. Control of chemical logistics for entirety of production
Waste-water treatment plant (WTP):
. Manage and maintain WTP at optimum system performance for treatment of chemical waste
