In this role you define, implement, and optimize SMT processes to ensure high quality and efficiency in electronic board manufacturing. You will work within a cross‑functional environment to validate new products and continuously improve process capability. The position offers a stable, on‑site opportunity with a multinational context and a focus on Lean and IPC standards. You will shape manufacturing quality and reliability through data‑driven improvements and NPI involvement.
