**Please Note this position supports our 2** **nd** **Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2** **nd** **Shift from 3:00PM to 1:30 AM - 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.**
This is a process engineering position that supports the EW-IMC Circuit Card factory. In this role you will support the assembly teams in conformal coat, manual assembly, and underfill adhesive operations.
Daily task will include:
+ Factory floor support
+ Non-conformance dispositions using Paperless MES
+ Tool and fixture design
+ Process development
+ Machine Programming
+ Customer/Program support
+ Data analysis and defect reduction strategies
+ Capital equipment support
+ Machine preventative maintenance
