Job Description
Objective of the role
To carry out a wide range of tasks seeing through from New Product Development and Introduction (NPD & NPI) to Product Commercialization as part of the end-to-end process. Additionally, you will be trained to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Liquid Technology and leading out process related troubleshooting activities for Symrise. In return, you will receive exposure to various challenging yet exciting improvement projects in a highly collaborative working environment with supportive colleagues here at Symrise.

- Responsible for products and technologies under the scope of Food & Beverage in Symrise Sorocaba site
- Assess New Product Development (NPD) and be responsible for successful scale up and first productions
- Responsible to provide accurate mixing instructions to production
- Daily presence in the field and support to production
- Contribute to investigation on quality deviations, customer complaints, manuf...
