Process Engineer, Optics Operations (Singapore, On‑site)
The Process Engineer supports engineering activities required for existing product sustainment, new product introduction, and process improvement to meet current and future needs of Optics operations. This position reports to the Senior Advanced Engineering Manager and is part of the Optics Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive product and process sustainment performance. Lead First Pass Yield improvement initiatives by analyzing defect, reject, and scrap data, and implementing corrective actions to improve quality performance and reduce manufacturing cost.
- Support customer quality and engineering governance activities. Participate in customer quality improvement efforts, Engineering Change (EC), and Material Review Board (MRB) processes, ensuring timely root cause analysis and effective corrective and preventive actions.
