- Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
- Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials and reducing waste.
- Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues.
- Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality based on data analysis.
