- Act as the on-site technical representative and liaison between HQ engineering teams and Indonesian OEM factories.
- Transfer technical know-how, production standards, and SOPs to factory teams through training and capability development programs.
- Lead new product/style launches from prototype to mass production, ensuring smooth engineering validation and production readiness.
- Conduct pilot runs, pre-production reviews, and production approvals to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor daily production quality, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
